2 lb. Round Steak, cut into strips
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
2 tbsp minced onions
1 cup water
1 tsp beef bouillon
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp garlic powder
Cut steak into serving size portions (I do strips and it’s easier if the steak is partially frozen beforehand.
Place ½ the steak in the crockpot
Arrange green and red peppers on steak.
Place remaining steak on top.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 – 10 hours or high 4 – 5 hours
Notes: 1.4 gm carbohydrates
