Spicy Chicken Thighs

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes

1 ½ tbsp. Chili powder

1 tsp. Ground coriander

¾ tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Ground cumin

½ tsp. Dried oregano

¼ tsp. Chili pepper flakes

4 chicken thighs

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture between skin and meat of each thigh. Grill or broil 25 – 30 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.

Per serving: 159 calories; 5.4 gm. fat; 31% calories from fat; 100 mg. Cholesterol; 24.4 gm. protein; 2.6 gm. carbohydrates; 1.4 gm. dietary fiber; .5 gm. sugar; 134 mg. Sodium; 1.2 gm net carbs per serving.
