Emeril's Essence (Kick it up a Notch)

BAM!


5 T paprika

4 T salt

4 T garlic powder

2 T black pepper

2 T onion powder

2 T cayenne (omit if you don’t like it hot) or just use 1 tsp.

2 T dried oregano

2 T dried thyme


Combine the ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Store in an air tight container for up to 3 months. Makes about 1 cup total.
