Limey Chicken

Serving Size: 4 Preparation time: 0:55

4 Tbsp Lime Juice (Or Lemon Juice)

1/8 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp ginger

½ tsp coriander

½ tsp salt

4 chicken breast halves without skin – or chicken thighs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a small bowl, combine lime juice, garlic, ginger and coriander.

Rub mixture onto chicken.

Place chicken in nonstick casserole dish or baking pan and cover.

Bake about 45 minutes, or until tender

Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices if desired.

Notes: 1.5 g carbohydrates
