Barbecue Beef Brisket

Recipe from Sherilynne (Peggy)

Serving Size: 8 Preparation Time: 18:00

4 lb beef brisket

1/8 tsp celery salt

1/8 tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp onion powder

3 tbsp liquid Barbecue Smoke

1 cup barbeque sauce (see recipe under "sauces" label)

Spray crock pot with non-stick spray

Place brisket in crock pot

Sprinkle with spices and pour barbecue smoke over top

Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Cook on low 8 – 10 hours, or until tender

Drain off juices and pour barbecue sauce over brisket during last hour of cooking.
