Basil Shrimp

Really great flavor! Dipped in melted butter at table

2 lbs. Large shrimp, peeled and de-veined

2 T olive oil

3 T melted butter

juice of one lemon

2 T coarse grained mustard

1 C minced fresh basil

2 minced garlic cloves

large pinch salt

½ tsp pepper

Combine all in a Ziploc bag, seal and move ingredients around in bag to distribute evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat grill to high heat.

Thread shrimp on skewers.

Lightly oil grill grate.

Cook 4 minutes, turning once, until done.
