Servings: 6 Preparation Time: 8:00
1 onion, chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 green pepper, diced
14 ½ oz, can of tomatoes, diced
1 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
salt & pepper to taste
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover pot and set on LOW.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours or until chicken is tender.
Note: 3.6 gm Net Carbohydrates
