Italian Basil Dressing

1 cup oil (walnut, hazelnut, and avocado are particularly flavorful)

½ cup white vinegar

1 tsp Splenda

1 tsp dry mustard

½ tsp salt

dash cayenne pepper

1 bunch basil

2 cloves garlic

Option: ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Process in blender and store in refrigerator.
